Oleh Rzas (b. 1967, Kyiv) is a Ukrainian painter and graphic artist whose career spans over three decades. He trained at the Moscow University of Arts (Faculty of Painting and Graphics, 1985–1991, workshop of Prof. V. Shatalin) and later continued his studies as a visiting student at the Kyiv Art Institute (1992). His early artistic foundation was shaped by years in the studio of G. Khusid (1984–1995).

Rzhas has been an active participant in the Ukrainian art scene since the late 1990s, with numerous solo exhibitions at the Kyiv Union of Artists and group exhibitions across Ukraine, including the National Art Museum of Ukraine and the Cherkasy Art Museum, and also internationally across Europe.

From 2008 to 2013, he undertook an extensive church painting project at the Temple of St. Ivan the Warrior in Crimea — a significant milestone demonstrating his mastery of large-scale mural work.

Rzhas continues to exhibit in Ukraine and remains an active figure in plein-air events, national exhibitions, and cross-disciplinary art projects.
